Review: Kate - Terrible Kids Stuff

Hola amigüitos! Como no puedo enseñar lo que pinto, hoy os traigo una review de una señorita que me ha llegado hoy mismo:

Se trata de "Kate", de la marca italiana "Terrible Kids Stuff". Esta marca tiene cosas bastante originales, pero con esta limitada me han ganado el corazón.

El diseño de la figura quizás no sea lo mas original (una sexy.pistolera levisímante steam-punk con una piruleta), pero la realización y el esculpido son sencillamente magníficos. A esto añadimos un pintado de encarte espectacular y tenemos un combo ganador.

¿Que os puedo decir de la figura? Sencillamente soberbia. el tipo de minis y de materiales que me atrapan. Los detalles son finísimos (mi cámara no ha sido capaz de captar correctamente la esfera del reloj!!!). Además, la presentación es magnifica, solo comparable a las copias de la sirena de Origen Art.

La presentación es chulísima, imitando una caja de munición. Además, al abrir la caja encuentras un "archivo" con el diseño de la mini y una pegatina (que irá a mi caja de transporte). Además, la figura viene bien protegida por bastante espuma y con una chapita de regalo.

Hello my little friends! Given the fact that i cant show you what im painting, im bringing you a review of this young lady wich i just received today.
Its "Kate" from the italina brand "Terrible Kids Stuff". This brand has quite few original works, but this limited mini stole my heart away.
The desing may be not the most original ever (a sexy gunslinger, slightly steampunk with a lollypop), but the sculpt and end of the work are simply magnificient. Add a great official painting and we have a winning combo.

What can i say about the mini? Its superb, the kind of mini and materials that make me love it.  The detail level is awesome (my camera wsnt able to properly catch  the clock´s sphere!!!). Plus, the presentation and packaing are great, only comparable to the copies of Origen Art´s Siren.

Im gonna show you some images:
The presentation is pretty cool, with an imitation of an ammo box. When you open the box, you find a "folder" with the mini´s design and a sticker (that will go to my transport box!). The mini comes pretty well protected, and even brings a free badge.

Y ahora, la mini: es prácticamente perfecta. Solo le he encontrado un problema... en mi copia la piruleta viene rotaaaaaa :_( En fin, con algo de habilidad podre recolocarla. Podéis ver que el detalle es finísimo. Comentaros también que la escala la acerca mas a un 40mm que a un 32mm.

Now, the mini itself its almost flawless. I just had one problem: My copy´s lollypop came brockennnn!!! :____( Well, with a little skill ill manage it back. You can see the fine detail. The scale is much closer to 40mm than 32mm.

Por ponerle fallos, solo he encontrado uno y muy pequeño. Una fina linea de molde en el interior de la pierna. Algo sencillísimo de solucionar.
Looking for some flaw (took me time), i managed to find a little one, a subtle mold line inside one legs. Pretty easy to solve.

Y bueno, en resumen una gran figura, sin lugar a dudas, y que me encanta. El precio es algo elevado, 15€ pero una vez visto lo que ofrecen y como lo presentan, es mucho mas redondeado. Yo personalmente estoy muy satisfecho y me he propuesto pintar a esta señorita para Plasencia (el pobre Chtulhu no da tiempo ya).
Por cierto, si queréis podeis comprarla AQUÍ, es una edición limitada, pero quizás esteis a tiempo.

And now, as a resume, its undoubtly a great mini, i love it. The price is a little bit high (15€), but once you the the package and all that comes inside, makes it much rounder price. Im personally pleased and im decided to paint this one for the next Plasencia contest (poor Cthulhu will have to wait, i guess).
