We are all mad here

Bueno, de nuevo he tenido el blog un poquito abandonado, pero no he dejado de pintar, os lo aseguro, tengo pendientes unas doce entradas entre reviews, figuras terminadas, wips para aburrir y en breve, cuando sucedan, un par de concursos.

No es plan de hacer muchas reviews seguidas, así que toca ir poniendo figuras que termine hace un tiempo.

Empezamos con este tributo a Alicia en el País de las Maravillas. Una idea que tenia desde hace tiempo, pero que retrase hasta que sentí que había aprendido lo suficiente de modelismo para intentarlo. La figura es Kitty Chessire de la marca Pulp Heroes (viene en una caja con otro héroe). Esta pintada con la base de colores del Chessire de la peli de animación de Disney y representa un momento en el que esta desmatarializándose... Muchas setas, muchas plantas, traté de hacer notar la sensación de humedad bajo los hongos... Me falto una cosa, esculpir a la Oruga con su cachimba sobre una de las setas, pero dado que la acabe para el concurso del Soldadito, pues ya no me dio tiempo. Espero retocar ese punto para el concurso de Plasencia.

Detallitos varios y una sonriente setita verde que igual os suena :) Espero que os guste.

Well, first of all sorry for letting the blog a little abandonded lately. Anyway, i asure you that ive been paining a lot, and i have over a dozen of entries among works, reviews, wips and more.
I wont restart with a review, but with a finished work. Im starting with an Alice in Wonderland tribute. I had this idea looong ago, but i felt i needed to learn more about ground modelling before trying it, The miniature is "Kitty Chessire", from Pulp Heroes range (she comes in a box with vector, another hero). The colours are resembling the ones from Disneys Alice in Wonderland animation movie, at the moment when she is vanishing. Lots of mushrooms, plants... I tried to make the feel of humidity under the green. I missed one thing, to sculpt the worm with the waterpipe over the big mushroom, but as i finished this on a hurry for the Soldadito contest, i let it go. I hope ill work it over for Plasencia.
